What I
would like to talk about is the importance of exercise
in everyday life, and the benefits of practicing Pilates.
To
start off, I’m going to talk about how regular exercise can help
you to avoid problems with your back.
I
will go then on to discuss Pilates, which is a method of exercise you
can practice at home.
And
finally I will conclude by taking a look at four typical stretching
exercises, that can improve the quality of your health.
Nowadays,
most of our jobs are sedentary, for example being in front of a
computer for many hours . Stress is caused due to people not doing a
lot of exercise
From my
point of view ,the most important healthy habits are to follow a
healthy diet and practice stretching and aerobic exercises two or
three times a week.
Most
of us, suffer from Hernias or some form of back problem and so we
need to practice some exercise everyday.
From my
experience ,I would recommend practicing Pilates to help you with
your back aches, to increase your strength, flexibility and
elasticity .
The
Pilates method of exercise is recommended for everybody no matter the
age or physical condition, including pregnant women or the elderly.
The
Pilates was named after Joseph Pilates ( 1880-1967) who was a nurse
during the Second World War. He developed different s types of
exercises for patients who were in bed and could not practice aerobic
exercises.
The
main objective of the Pilates method is to achieve a balance between
the muscles on your right or on your left side of your body, it also
achieves the balance between strong muscles and weak muscles.
Finally
,to improve our body control and health we should follow a healthy
died and do Pilates exercises three times a week
I
would like to present a few basic stretching exercises . Let’s
start with the way to breath properly.
-You
should always inhale through your noise,and exhale though your mouth.
1.Breathe
in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
